About Us

Founded in 1998, Rapid Metal Products has grown from a one-man-shop providing laser cut blanks to one of the most well equipped metal manufacturing facilities in the entire Southeast, employing thirty well-trained craftsmen. With more than sixty years combined metal fabrication experience between our three partners, we've earned the trust of our customers to whom capability, quality, on-time delivery and competitive pricing are critical. Over the years we have had an opportunity to produce a wide range of products. From tiny, precision fabricated aerospace components to large frames and weldments to architectural items used in area theme parks and airports. Our philosophy from day one has always been to do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers' needs.

Quality Assurance

We have a climate control inspection area stocked with all required measuring devices. Our facility also has a documented / audited quality assurance system including complete QA manual, and everything is overseen by a quality assurance manager with over thirty years of experience in the metals industry.

Facility

Our company-owned facility has 20,000 square feet of space under one roof, on over 2 acres of property with plenty of room for expansion. We also also own and operate three, 5000lb capacity lift trucks, one 8000lb capacity all terrain lift truck and our Ford F550 / 20' flatbed delivery truck.
